# Can rtpjitterbuffer output smoothly?

I am using rtpjitterbuffer and have several questions:

1. Can the rtpjitterbuffer plug-in automatically adjust the buffer size according to changes in network latency?
2. What is the role of the calculated jitter value?
3. How can I make it have smooth output function?
