How to print the properties of Element in android?

I am just starting to use gstreamer on android, and I wonder how do I explore pipeline configurations? Usually on Linux I would use gst-inspect-1.0 to explore available modules and use gst-launch-1.0 to test them out. I need to figure out what encoders and video sources are available, as well as knowing their parameters. What do people do on Android?
