Add wmw file support to rtsp-replay-server

Hi Devs,

I want to add wmv file support to gst-rtsp-server/examples/test-replay-server.c at master · GStreamer/gst-rtsp-server
So that I can use .wmv files as input. What changes I need to make to this server to make this to work.
