I don’t know if anyone cares but I am finding that somewhere between versions 1.22.12 and 1.24.13, GStreamer has lost the ability to seek flash video accurately (GST_FORMAT_TIME, flags: GST_SEEK_FLAG_FLUSH | GST_SEEK_FLAG_ACCURATE).
I ask the pipeline where it is after doing the seek, and it’s nowhere near. This used to work.
I suspect it is always seeking to a key frame. There’s a file here if you want to try it.

Incidentally AFAIK this file is the only known footage with soundtrack of Django Reinhardt playing.
