Gstreamer issue with rtsp getting error could not read from source

I am developing an App using gstreamer so when trying to play the rtsp some how not receiving data but same rtsp working well with vlc. I have tried with parse launch and cmdline as well. Gstreamer version 1.20.3 ubuntu 22.04

Best to try with newer GStreamer version. Any specific errors?
