This may be the same root cause as my previous missing cudaconvert that was solved by a GStreamer patch - Unable to find CUDA runtime compilation libraries
The first time I run gst-inspect-1.0 --version I get the output below. When I then run it to try and inspect nvcodec I don’t get the warning messages, but I am missing (relative to nvcodec ) nvautogpuav1enc, nvav1dec, nvav1enc, nvav1enc, nvd3d11av1enc, nvd3d11h264enc, nvd3d11h265enc, nvvp8dec

The file /usr/lib/gstreamer-1.0/libgstlv2.so does exist, and isn’t missing anything in terms of ldd.
Potentially relevant is that I am running an old GPU, and am having to use the old drivers (Arch Linux - News: NVIDIA 590 driver drops Pascal and lower support; main packages switch to Open Kernel Modules)
