I am trying to write a gstreamer that needs to access the VADisplay created by an upstream decoder element. In order to do this I need to access some of the functionality in the VA library headers. However I cannot find a package to install that includes them. It was my understanding that the VA library was part of gstreamer since 1.20, is there a package I have missed or do I need to build streamer myself to get access to this library.
I probably should add that I am using v1.20.3
