MP4 (or some other container) bookmarks

Hello all,

I’ve read that there’s a way to embed bookmarks within a video file. Essentially dividing the video into chapters. I also read that some players like VLC do support it.
I could not find any documentation on how to do it.
Is it even achievable using Gstreamer?

At first glance it doesn’t look like it’s implemented in qtmux / mp4mux.
