I am trying to use va-api but failed, by the way, if use avdec_h264 it works well
gst-launch-1.0 rtspsrc location=rtsp://admin:123456@192.168.0.100:7070/stream1 latency=10 ! queue ! rtph264depay ! h264parse ! vaapih264dec ! videoconvert ! videoscale ! video/x-raw,width=640,height=480 ! autovideosink

I install gtreamer-vaapi by
apt install gstreamer1.0-vaapi
But whe I check there has no any featureļ¼so I set accept all drivers
export GST_VAAPI_ALL_DRIVERS=1
gst-inspect-1.0 vaapi
