Vaapih264enc has property tune=high-compression and vah264enc does not have this one

is there any replacement for high-compression in vah264enc? I can not see it with
gst-inspect-1.0 vah264enc
My gstreamer version is 1.22.7

high-compression property just mean the maximum H264 profile available, with the cabac and dct8x8 assigned accordingly.

IMO that property is misleading and breaks the GStreamer’s logic of caps negotiation.

vah264enc does that by default.
