Website is down and releases cannot be downloaded

Dear GStreamer community, all links under the website are down. Meaning packages which require Gstreamer as a dependency also cannot be installed. Mirroring the releases to gitlab would help alleviate the impact of website downtime.

This is a known issue with our hosting provider for the GStreamer website (which is located in a University). The relevant people have been notified but little will be done during the weekend.
