Built Qt5.15.18 and tried to use EGL for display of rtsp streaming. But can not see streaming.
Nobody knows why X11+EGL context sharing for qmlglsink remains unsupported?
You will have to give a lot more details on your environment to be able to get any kind of semblance of useful help. Things like:
- GPU (along with the actual GPU driver)
- OS (Linux/BSD/etc)
- Distribution (if Linux)
- Build configuration of both GStreamer and Qt5. e.g. which platforms are built (EGL/GLX/etc) and window systems included (Wayland/X11/etc).
Thanks for your reply.
Ubuntu 22.04 X11 standard installation + updates
GStreamer 1.26.6 build from the source
meson.py setup --pkgconfig.relocatable --prefix=/opt/thirdParties/gstreamer -Dgst-plugins-bad:voaacenc=enabled -Ddoc=disabled -Dtests=disabled -Dexamples=disabled -Dlibdir=lib builddir
Qt 5.15.18 build from the source
./configure -prefix /opt/thirdParties/Qt5.15.18 -opensource -confirm-license -nomake examples -nomake tests -skip qt3d -skip qtquick3d -skip qtcharts -skip qtdatavis3d -skip qtquicktimeline -skip wayland -egl
And what hardware are you using here?
Intel Atom(R) x6416RE 1.7GHz CPU+GPU
And has the system been configured and found development files for EGL+X11 for both GStreamer and Qt5?
What does GST_DEBUG=3,gl*:7,qt*:7 show?
